How do I report a problem?
Click “Report a problem” at the top of every page, follow the 5 steps of the form and submit. An account is not required, but it allows you to follow your report.
How do I track the status of my report?
Each report goes through the statuses Pending → Verified → In progress → Resolved. You are notified at each step if you follow it.
Can I report anonymously?
Yes. Your name is never shown publicly if you choose the anonymous option, and your contact details are never passed on to administrations.
How is the Khountou score calculated?
It is a weighted average of 5 criteria: reactivity, resolution, transparency, quality of responses and engagement. The full method is public on the Methodology page.
Do administrations really answer?
Every administration concerned is notified. The national response rate is currently 72%, with an average delay of 4.2 days.
