Khountou complies with Law No. 2008-12 of 25 January 2008 on the protection of personal data and its implementing decree No. 2008-721.

1.Data controller

3.Security measures
- Encrypted connections (HTTPS) and encrypted passwords.
- Access to data restricted to authorised staff.
- Automatic blurring of faces and licence plates.
4.Transfers outside Senegal
If data is hosted outside Senegal, the transfer is carried out under the conditions set by Law No. 2008-12 and after authorisation from the CDP where required.
5.Complaint
If you believe your rights are not respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CDP (www.cdp.sn).
