Privacy policy
This policy explains which personal data Khountou collects, why, and how you can exercise your rights.

1.Data collected
- Account: name, e-mail address, phone number (optional).
- Reports: description, photos, approximate location.
- Technical: IP address, browser type, pages visited.
2.Purposes
- Forward your reports to the competent administration.
- Inform you of responses and status changes.
- Produce anonymised statistics and the Khountou score.
- Secure the platform and prevent abuse.
3.Recipients
Only the content of a report (never your contact details) is shared with the administration concerned. Your data is never sold. Technical providers (hosting, e-mail sending) act on our instructions only.
4.Retention period
Account data is kept as long as the account is active, then deleted after 3 years of inactivity. Anonymised reports may be kept for statistical purposes.
5.Your rights
You have a right of access, rectification, objection and deletion of your data. Write to dpo@khountou.sn; we answer within 30 days.
